Set of 6 Stamping Polishes from Born Pretty Store at Amazon - Product B0734XKP1V

I've made another cheeky little purchase from Born Pretty Store at Amazon!  A set of 6 stamping polishes.  I ordered from the UK and the delivery was only a couple of days, a lot faster than I was expecting.  Each polish arrives protected in its own individual polystyrene surround which means they arrive safely.
There are different sets to choose from and I chose this colourway because black and white stamping polishes are key colours and always handy to have.  I really like and wanted to see how the gold and silver looked, I wasn't disappointed, the gold and silver are my favourites!
Check out my YouTube video at the end for a demonstration.

Here are all 6 stamping polishes over black and white
The silver and gold are my favourites so I had to do a mani using them!

All stamped splendidly, the white it brilliant over black and the gold and silver are stunning, these two shades will look great over so many base colours.  I always apply a top coat over my base colour to prevent the stamping polish from being absorbed into the base colour.
The bottles are 6ml and I used them with a Born Pretty Store stamping plate, stamper and scraper, also available at Amazon.

Born Pretty Store Stamping Set from Amazon - Item Number B078M6HBWR

Hi everyone!  Today I'm going to share with you a stamping kit I bought from Born Pretty Store at Amazon.  The set includes everything you need to start nail art stamping.  Included are 2 large stamping plates, 2 stamping polishes in black and white, a flexible scraper and double ending clear jelly stamper.  I bought the set from Amazon and it was just under £15 and delivery was really fast.

The stamping plate named 'Celebration BPX L014' includes hearts, flowers and words of love, there's even a pair of little kitties so I was sold on that!
The stamping plate named BP-L052 has 14 different mandala designs, I know I'll use this plate again and again.  I'd like to try using this plate with reverse stamping.

After prepping the two plates with a wipe over of nail polish remover to remove any residue from the protective film, and pressing the jelly stamping over a lint roller/sticky roller a few times, you are prepared for stamping.
The clear jelly stamper is brilliant and picks up clear, crisp images from the plate.
The combination of plates, stamping polishes and scraper all work in harmony with each other.
Very easy to use and I'm extremely happy with my purchase.  Check out my 2 YouTube videos demonstrations below!

Avon Mark Gel Shine Nail Enamels - Pop Art & Over Intensified

Greetings from the sea  – today I am a Mermaid!
Today’s post is for two of the new shades from the Mark Gel Shine Range. Pop Art, an ocean blue shimmer and Over intensified, a sparkling sea green.
Pop Art – a bright royal blue with lots of shimmer which looks white or silver but when reflected from the blue shade gives a green shimmer effect.
Over Intensified – a lush emerald green packed with shimmer
Mermaid they are, Holographic the are not. They have a metallic finish and I applied two coats.

So what did I do with my mani? Well, after applying Over Intensified, I sponged my nail tips with Pop Art to give a gradient effect.
Pretty huh? But it wasn’t enough to satisfy my inner mermaid. I stamped a scale effect on top and swish swish there’s my tail, off I swim and I’m basking in a warm blue lagoon!

I’ve taken photos with and without my camera flash. In the bright sunshine or bright lighting, the holo pigments come to life and are mesmerising. Check out my video below.

So what did I do with my manis? First of all a little bit of sponging to blend the two shades together (left with camera flash, right without)
Then I stamped with cupcakes
As ever the nail enamels painted wonderfully and I applied 2 coats.

I’ve been informed by Avon that all their nail enamels are 5-Free (free of Formaldehyde, toluene, DBP, formaldehyde resin, and camphor). 10ml bottle.

Avon Mark Gel Shine Nail Enamels - Illuminate Me & Fan Girl

There are five new pearl shades from the Avon Mark Gel Shine range and today I’m sharing two of them with you - Illuminate Me and Fan Girl.  The pearl finish provides oodles of soft shimmer.
First up Illuminate me, a pastel mermaid green, how scrummy is this colour!
Here's Illuminate Me under natural lighting, which gives a more accurate view of the shade
Next, Fan Girl, a soft and girly lilac, simply delicious!

Both dreamy and delicate shades, two coats for full coverage and applied excellently.
So, what did I do next with my mani?  I knew as soon as I saw the colour combo I felt something magical would happen…..
After painting my nails with Illuminate Me, I sponged the tips with Fan Girl to merge the colours
But that wasn’t enough, I could hear the magic calling me, so I stamped my nails with Unicorns! (MoYou Nails round plate 301)

I wish you all a very Happy New Year and hope it’s as magical as Unicorn poop!

I’ve been informed by Avon that all their nail enamels are 5-Free (free of: Formaldehyde, toluene, DBP, formaldehyde resin, and camphor). 10ml bottle.
