Flower Nail Art Foil from Charlies Nail Art

Today's mani is using Flower Nail Art Foil from Charlies Nail Art.  The foil includes flowers in blue, greeen, pink & orange and there's also a few red berries.  The outline of some of the flowers and the leaves are holographic and I applied the nail foil over a nude base.

If you've not tried nail foils before they are easy to use.  Apply a special nail foil adhesive over your mani and wait for the glue to become transparent.  Then place the foil on top of your nail and gently rub with your finger, hoof stick or cotton bud and in seconds the design is transferred to your nail.  Apply top coat to seal and you're done!

White Marble Effect Nail Foil from Charlies Nail Art

Today's nail art mani is using White Marble Effect Nail Foil from Charlies Nail Art.  I applied the nail foil over a white base.  The foil is white with gold marble veins running through it.  The white and gold played havoc with my camera so I have photos with camera flash and with no flash under artificial lighting.  The effect is stunning.  You could also get this effect with a gold base and white crackle nail polish on top.

If you've not tried nail foils before they are easy to use.  Apply a special nail foil adhesive over your mani and wait for the glue to become transparent.  Then place the foil on top of your nail and gently rub with your finger, hoof stick or cotton bud and in seconds the design is transferred to your nail.  Apply top coat to seal and you're done!

Butterfly Bright Nail Foil from Sparkly Nails

A couple of summery butterfly nail designs using Butterfly Bright nail foil from Sparkly Nails, one over a pale pink base the other over a purple base.  Both shades compliment the butterfly nail foil.

Iced Snowflake Nail Foil from Sparkly Nails

Another icy mani using Iced Snowflake nail foil from Sparkly Nails over a dark purple shimmer base.  The nail foil has a clear background so you can see exactly where to place the white snowflakes on your nails.  The Iced Snowflakes are in clusters and are all the same size.  The foil looks super over dark or brighter shades.  So if you don't get on with stamping, foils are a brilliant alternative to create intricate nail art and they are so easy to apply.

Frosty mornings means frosty nails, so here's today's mani using Frosted Snowflake nail foil from Sparkly Nails over a black and dark blue gradient base.  The nail foil has a clear background so you can see exactly where to place the holographic snowflakes on your nails.  The Frosted Snowflakes add a cool look to your nails especially when the light bounces off them revealing a splash of rainbow holographicness.  The foil looks super over dark or brighter shades.  So if you don't get on with stamping, foils are a brilliant alternative to create intricate nail art and they are so easy to apply.

Citrus Laser Nail Foil from Sparkly Nails

With our summer weather turning into a stormy downpour I needed something startling on my nails.  So I picked Citrus Laser nail foil from Sparkly Nails.  The foil is a rainbow effect, fuchsia pink, orange, yellow, lime and deep green with electrifying striped holoness!  I applied the full coverage foils over a gold base.  My photos below are without top coat which can crinkle the foil, however I didn't apply top coat afterwards to seal the foil.  I also applied them vertically and horizontally.
To apply use special nail adhesive over your dry painted nails (also available at Sparkly Nails) and wait for the glue to become transparent.  Then place the foil on top of your nail and gently rub with your finger, hoof stick or cotton bud and in seconds the design is transferred to your nail.  Apply top coat to seal and you're done!
