Glossy Box May 2012 - 1st Birthday/Anniversary

Oooo how exciting new Glossy Box, let's get it open and see what's inside.....

 Lovely tissue paper, this is gonna be a good 'un, I can tell

 Erm....

 Oh?

 100% human hair eye lashes!  WTF!! I wouldn't even wear my own hair as lashes let alone hair that once belonged to someone else who was probably paid pennies for it, I can't think of anything more wrong!  FAIL.

 Not a clue what this is, no English wording on it at all, according to the info sheet it's either face cream or body milk.  10ml - woop de doo!

 Noble Isle bath & shower gel, 75 ml, yep smells nice & fresh

 2 purfume samples - wow Glossy Box you're really spoiling us now!  The first one Si Lolita smells OK, the second one L'Eau en Blanc, more like Blankety Blank, completely disappeared after 15 seconds

And a pink balloon for you to blow up and post a photo of you & it on Glossy Box's website, really?

This must be the worst Glossy Box I've ever had, Glossy Box?  Shoddy Box more like!  Hope you enjoyed yours x 

Glossy Box April 2012 - The Natural Beauty Box

This month's Glossy Box theme is 'Natural' with five natural ethical beauty products in a 100% biodegradable box.  This the best Glossy Box I've had so far with 3 of the 5 products full size and suitable for my needs.  I actually feel a little bit spoilt which to be honest is how we should always feel when we receive these boxes, it's so disappointing when you get one, open it up and think 'oh, is that it?'.  Anyhoo, onto the pics.

'Natural 100% biodegradable' Box

 Monu Moisture Rich Collagen Cream, full size received £17.50/50ml

 Inika Cosmetics Organic Eyeliner in Peacock Blue full size received £11.75

 Figs & Rouge organic Lip Balm, Cherry & Vanilla, full size £3.29/8ml

 Burt's Bees Milk & Honey Body Lotion, full size £9.99/190g I received 70g = £3.68

 Caudalie SOS Thirst Quenching Serum £29.00/30ml, I received 10ml = £9.66

So by my calculations my £12.95 Glossy Box contained £45.88 worth of products, need I say more, apart from what's in your Glossy Box?

Well another Beauty Box, getting a bit bored with them now, same old same old, anyhoo, here's what I got....

Well, here it is......

Clarins - Extra Firming Body Cream - 200ml £39.50 – I received 30ml = £5.92

Ojon Damage Reverse™ Instant Restorative Hair Serum £16.00 25ml full size sample received

Fendi Fan di FENDI (EDT, 75ml) £60.00 – I received 4ml = £3.20

Burberry Beauty Lip Cover Rosewood No.04 3.8 gm £23.00 – I received 0.8gm = £4.84

Also included are 5 moisturiser samples from Erno Laszlo, by my calculations the box contents are just under £27, so pretty good.
