Happy New Year to you all!  Now the Christmas & New Year festivities are over for most of us, let's getting talking about cosmetics - yay!  I've got 3 W7 make-up products to share with you, a multi colour blusher, lipstick and brow pencil, check out my YouTube video at the bottom.

First up - Cheeky Chaps Multi Blush - Shade Pick n Mix £5.95

The 10g palette contains 6 shimmer peach tones.  The shades mix beautifully and applied like a dream.  This shade is perfect for me and I love using it.  A decent size palette which will last for ages.

 
Lipstick - Coconut Ice £3.50
The pale pink shimmer lipstick reminds me of 1960's lipstick shade, a little too light for me, none the less it applied very well
 
Super Brows Eyebrow Pencil & Brush - Blonde £3.95
I'm not naturally blonde but do have high lights.  I've never used a brow pencil before so I was very intrigued with this product and I'm so glad I tried it, it's a keeper!  I drew on strokes and brushed with the brush, easy peasy and great results.  The brows stayed on all night.  I wouldn't have picked blonde but my brows are fine so it was perfect.  The brow pencil is the best discovery for me.

W7 Nail Polish - Lou Lou

I'm really enjoying my W7 nails polishes because they apply really well and come in a range of fantastic shades and finishes.  And something I realised today (where have I been!) is that the bottle design/shape is exactly the same as OPI, so a good decent size 15ml bottle.  Today I'm wearing Lou Lou, a pretty pastel baby pink, such a cute shade, very wearable and I'm sure I'll use it time and time again as it's a great base colour for stamping, foils & water decals etc.  I applied 2 coats, a nice flat wide brush and generous 15ml bottle.

Today's mani is fresh & fruity, bright & bold with 'Mango' from W7.  Today has been a scorcher with bright blue skies and high temperatures, my mangotastic nails looks fresh and lively.  I applied 2 coats, a nice flat wide brush and generous 15ml bottle.

If you're looking for a pretty, delicate & feminine shade for your nails look no further than W7 Peach Sky.  A pearlised soft shell pink, it kind of reminds me of pink pearls & suger mice.  Subtly sweet and uber cool, the pearl gives your nails an attractive lustre.  I applied 2 coats, a nice flat wide brush and generous 15ml bottle.

W7 Nail Polish - Summer Fields

Put your shades on everyone! Not because of the lovely summer sun but because my nail polish is fabulously bright!  I'm wearing Summer Fields from W7 and it's belting!  As soon as I saw it I knew it was going on my nails straight away.  A bright light green which will certainly get your nails noticed and glows under UV light.  I applied 3 coats, a nice flat wide brush and generous 15ml bottle.  My camera flash has made the polish look whiter than it's fresh minty lime green so I've taken photos with and without flash, you have to see it to enjoy it's boldness.

Crumpet's Nail Tarts 31 Day Challenge - Day 21 - Merge or Melt

This 31 Day Challenge is hosted by the lovely Debbie, The Crumpet!

Day 21 - Merge or Melt.

Quite chuffed with myself with this one, I've done a gradient (merge) with magnetic polishes.  I've seen this on other blogs so decided to give it a go and it worked.  Do a gradient as you usually would with magnetic polishes but don't use the magnet yet.  Let it dry and then use a slow drying topcoat and then use your magnet, by jove it works!

New Look now sell W7 Magnetic Nail polishes for £4.99, 4 colours - green, pink, blue & red, this one is red although there is no name of the shade on either the box or the bottle.  Also comes with it's own separate straight lined magnet.  For my pinky finger I used my Nails Inc Fishnet magnet, pretty pleased with the result on my index and middle finger, think it's because those nails are flatter so the magnet works better, anyhoo, not bad for under a fiver, comes with it's own magnet, boxed and easily accessible online & in store.
