Avon True Colour Nailwear Pro+ Crackling Cobalt & Majestic Mauve

I've got another two new shades from the Avon True Colour Nailwear Pro+ range to show you and they are flippin' gorgeous - Crackling Cobalt & Majestic Mauve.
OMG - aren't they just the best shades!
So let me obsess a little about Crackling Cobalt, a navy shimmer which reminds me of the twinkly stars in the midnight sky. Pics below with camera flash.

And now onto Majestic Mauve, a sumptuous plum shimmer which dazzles like a purple tourmaline gemstone.  Pics below with camera flash.

The formulation is a good consistency, you could almost get away with one coat if you were in a rush, I'd always recommend two coats for full impact and seal with Avon Mark Gel Shine top coat for durability.  Superbly pigmented and a real treat for the eyes.

I’ve been informed by Avon that all their nail enamels are 5-Free (free of: Formaldehyde, toluene, DBP, formaldehyde resin, and camphor).

Firework Frenzy Nail Art Water Decal Wraps from Sparkly Nails

PRESS SAMPLE
Remember, remember the fifth of November,
Gunpowder treason and plot
We see no reason
Why gunpowder treason
Should ever be forgot!
On the very night that the Gunpowder Plot was foiled, on November 5th, 1605 in London, bonfires were set alight to celebrate the safety of the King. Since then, November 5th has become known as Bonfire Night. The event is commemorated every year with fireworks and burning effigies of Guy Fawkes on a bonfire.
My firework mani is using Firework Frenzy full wrap water decals from Sparkly Nails.  There are 10 decals in the pack, in different designs, you don't have to apply them to all of your nails you could have an accent nail decorated.
I applied the wraps over a black base, it's not imperative to have a base colour, but I like to have them painted in case part of the wrap doesn't completely cover your nail.  You need to have some patience with the full wrap water decals, you need to allow them to dry and attach to your nail, so take time to apply them.  Any excess decal which has attached to your skin can be removed with nail polish remover and a brush.
If you've not tried water decals before, give them a go, simply soak in a little water, remove from the backing paper, apply to your painted nails and seal with top coat - done!
If you love water decals as much as me, why not join the Facebook group I've just set up called Wonderful Water Decals.

The Firework Frenzy full wrap water decals are currently £0.99.   Available at Sparkly Nails who have an amazing range of nail art items; they offer a loyalty and an affiliate scheme, go sign up, I have, you may as well save as you spend!

Avon True Colour Nailwear Pro+ Shimmering Silver & Twinkling Bronze

Hooray for Avon Brochure 17 because it launches 6 new sparkly shades to the True Colour Nailwear Pro+ range! I’ve got two to share with you today, Shimmering Silver and Twinkling Bronze.
They are spectacularly sparkly, perfect for the party season. Half price at only £3, these are a cracking good buy, dazzle up your nails to accompany your sparkly festive outfits.
I applied two coats and have taken photos with and without camera flash so you can see what the shades look like under natural light.
Shimmering Silver is a dense full on sparkle shimmer, my nails look like they’ve been dipped into precious metal. The image in the brochures makes the enamel look white, (well that’s what I thought) but it’s oh so very silver.

Twinkling Bronze is a frosted taupe, again slightly different to the brochure which I think makes it look peach. This is very much a metallic bronze.
Below, no camera flash, natural light.
Shimmering Silver

Twinkling Bronze:
They applied like a dream, come in a 10ml bottle and have a nice slim cap. I can’t wait to try the other 4 new shades – do you have any of them?
The packaging has fancy silver starry design on a black background
I’ve been informed by Avon that all their nail enamels are 5-Free (free of: Formaldehyde, toluene, DBP, formaldehyde resin, and camphor).
