Born Pretty Store Frosted Matte Nail Polish - Navy Blue

Born Pretty Store have got a new collection of matte nail polishes.  They are called Fashion Frosted Matt Dull Glossy Candy Color Nail Polishes and I've gone for the navy blue.  It comes in a huge 15ml bottle, applied very nicely, good brush and formulation.  The polish is glossy when wet and after a few moments mattes down when it dries.  The great thing about this polish is you can wear it matte or apply a glossy top coat for an amazing shimmer polish - stunning.  There are 15 colours under this item number so if you're a fan of this effect I'm sure there's a colour for you.  Check out my video below.
