I love flowers and I love water decals so floral water decals are a particular fave of mine.  These white rose water decals from Sparkly Nails are delicate, elegant & sophisticated, they'd be perfect for bridal nails, valentines or just because, like me, you simply love flowers. I've applied the white rose water decals over a lilac base, Models Own Diamond Luxe Pear Purple.  The pack contains 20 decals, enough for 2 full manis or numerous accent nails.  The rose images are clear and sharp and will look great over many colours and will look fab on toes too!  If you've not tried water decals before, give them a go, simply soak in a little water, remove from the backing paper, apply to your painted nails and seal with top coat - done!
