These cute Heart Water Decals are from KKCenterHk. They're in strips of 6 rows of pink & yellow hearts and blue dots. Simply cut as much or little of the decal you require & soak in a little pot of water for 20 seconds, peel away from the backing paper, apply to your painted nails and seal with top coat. I cut and soaked a whole row at a time, removed from the backing paper and then cut to my nails. Very easy and extremely effective.
