Nails Inc Weighhouse Street from The Blossom Collection

This is Nails Inc Weighhouse Street from The Blossom Collection.  A cool pale blue with a slight pink shimmer which you can see in the bottle but I can't see it on my nails. This is 3 coats as it's streaky at first.
