Born Pretty Store - NFC Flashing LED Nail Sticker

How cool is this!  A flashing nail sticker which reacts when placed next to any device with NFC (Near Field Communication) for example a smart phone.   Simply turn on the NFC setting on your smart phone, place the LED sticker next to it (needs to be reasonably close within 10cm) and it will start to flash all on it own!  Crazy!   My NFC LED Flashing Nail Sticker is from Born Pretty Store.  It comes within a clear sticky pad which you attach to your nail and trim off the excess (see my video demo below, it will all become clear).  The flashing light also comes with a selection of stickers you can place on top to decorate and conceal it.  They all have a hole in the centre for the light to flash through, simply choose the one you want to go over the top and adorn the rest of your nails with the remaining stickers.  You don't have to use the additional stickers, they are there as an added bonus.  And the stickers really do adhere very well to your nails.  The flashing light is also reusable, carefully remove and replace on the backing sheet for next time.  It really is a clever and fun way to play with your mani.

All That Jazz Nail Lacquer: Stella's - Draped In Pearls

Stella's Draped In Pearls nail lacquer by All That Jazz is a sheer glitter which gives a kaleidoscope of delicate pastel glints and glimmers.  I've applied it over bare nails and over a creamy taupe base which compliments and shows off the subtle exquisite particles, although you could apply this over a multitude of different coloured bases.  This is 3 coats on my bare nails and 2 coats on my creamy taupe nails with top coat .  A big 15ml bottle and is available from the All That Jazz website which has an awesome range of lacquers in different finishes (all 5-free and cruelty free) as well as manicure & pedicure products which include Bee Bars in mouth watering scents.

smART Nails Stencils P065 - The Chevron Lace

Today's mani is all about the Zigs & the Zags with stencils and a sponged gradient.  A nice simple design yet eye catching.  I used smART Nails stencils P065 over a white base with blue, green and lilac sponging over the top.   The good thing about the stencil is it has 4 narrow chevrons on each sticker which saves time as no faffing about trying to eye up each chevron to each other, just place on your nail and your ready to paint over all 4 of them.  The smART Nails Chevron Lace stencils come in a pack of 10 and there are a growing number of different designs to choose from with new designs being introduced weekly.  Simply peel off the stencil from the backing paper.  The stencil is transparent so you can see exactly where to place it on the nail.  Press onto your dry nail and make sure there are no air bubbles.  Apply your contrasting polish and immediate remove the stencil.  Wait for the contrasting colour to dry and apply top coat.
