MoYou Nails Stamping Plate 401 & MoYou Nails Stamping Polishes

So I've done a little experiment stamping with MoYou Nails plate 401.  Using the same image throughout (middle row second from left) I used a mauve chrome base (Models Own Chrome Mauve) and stamped with a crème sky blue (MoYou Nails Light Blue Stamping Polish).  Then my second mani I reversed it, a crème sky blue base (Nails Inc Little George Street) stamped with a mauve shimmer (MoYou Nails Majestic Violet Stamping Polish).  I wanted to see by using the same colours in reverse if it made any difference, does that make sense?  I know what I mean!
Ok, lets run through the pics and hopefully all will become clear, first up the plate from MoYou Nails, plate 401.

In the photos I love the way the mani on the left has the mauve glistening through the blue stamping but in real life I prefer the blue base with the mauve shimmer stamping as the blue base really comes through clearly

Would you be able to tell there was a difference?

Tabby Cat Printed Socks from Born Pretty Store

Here's a recent purchase of mine from Born Pretty Store using my reward points so I got them for FREE!!  A pair of Printed Socks, but not just a plain old boring pair of socks, oh no, they have a Tabby Cat photo print on them!!!  I'm a huge cat lover (as you can see from my Blogger profile) and I have 3 fur babies.  Bobs, my big tabby bear, Blitz with her jet black fur and beautiful green eys, and the youngest is Gizzy who is just crazy loopy, white fur with a tabby bow on her head and tabby heart on her chest.  I love them to the stars and back!  There are lots of different printed animals available and they send you a pattern at random.  When I checked out out I left a note in the order comments box that I wanted a Tabby Cat (there's about 3 designs of Tabby cats) and that's exactly what I got, so I was really pleased Born Pretty Store adhered to my request.   The pattern is printed on both sides and there's no curved heel, they look the same front and back.  Soft and comfy and one size fits all.

Nails Inc Gel Effect Collection (Minis)

I'm very lucky to have a generous Boss at work who buys me nail polish gifts - oh yes!  I was recently treated to a Nails Inc Gel Effect Collection, a set of 5 x 5ml pastel spring/summer shades.  The gel effect polishes are enriched with moisturising coconut water for additional nourishment.  I already possess lots of Nails Inc 'mini' polishes but not in the new square style bottles.  The square lid pulls off so you hold a small round lid.  The brush is brilliant!  Love Love Love the new flat curved brush, makes applying your polish so easy and my pinky nail I did with one stroke.  I love everything about this set, the colours, the brush, the bottles, the application, oh did I say how glossy they are?  Wonderful.  Anyhoo, enough of me drooling, onto the pics, enjoy!

Who can't resist a cute little daisy, small and cheery, yet robust and hardy.  Hands up all of you who've made a daisy chain as a kid, or maybe as an adult showing a kid.  I have fond memories spending school lunchtimes sitting on the grass playing field making daisy chain necklaces and bracelets.   So if you're a lover of this tiny happy flower why not wear them on your nails, not the real daisy obvs!  But check out these fab Daisy water decals from Sparkly Nails.  A little fact about this popular flower, the name "daisy" is considered a corruption of "day's eye", because the whole head closes at night and opens in the morning.  So there you go!

3D Glitter Nail Art Flowers from Charlies Nail Art

Here's a couple of my manis using 3D Glitter Nail Art Flowers from  Charlies Nail Art.  With Spring finally here I love seeing all the yellow daffs chearing up the grass verges, so my yellow flowered mani's seem apt for the arrival of the season.  The 3D Glitter Nail Art Flowers come in a pack of 4 and are available in yellow, pink, purple & blue, all sprinkled with silver glitter and a rhinestone gem in the middle.
So here are my manis.  On the left is a yellow & purple sponge gradient, on the right a hot pink with yellow stamped flowers.  The flowers have a flat back.  I applied them while my top coat was still wet however nail glue might be a more secure option.
