NOTD - Nails Inc George Street

I received this in my QVC Beauty Bash Goody Bag.  I'm not really a fan of nudes, but I love this, it's quite soft, a light dusky pink (if that makes sense!!), and even better it was free - woohoo!!

My Stash

Snowed in yesterday so what better way to spend my time than clean up my nail polishes & colour pops and reorganise them, here are the results....

Thing is I've got another 20 bottles that need to go on but there's just no room......squeeeeze up.....

Strictly Come Dancing Fab-u-lous Nail Set

I grabbed s bargain from Boots in the Christmas Sales.  The Strictly Fab-u-lous set of 12 nail polishes was half price reduced from £16 to £8 and I had a £2 voucher so only ended up costing me £6 - woop woop, don't you love it when that happens.  Love a bargain, here are my pretties, lovely selection, bit of everything.

Below Unrequited, the gold sparkle in the sunshine was Wow!!

Nails Inc Lennox Gardens & Colour Morphing Pigment

Last year I bought 3 different colour morphing pigments to use as top coats.  I purchased the pigments from More Nail Polish and added them to clear nail polish.  The effects are fantastic, very sparkly, blingy, you won't be able to stop looking at your nails!

I'd been wearing Nails Inc Lennox Gardens and getting a bit tired of it so spruced it up with the Gold/Green Pigment.  My photos are a bit naff, as are my nails, but I hope you get the effect and check out the video for the sparkle!

More Nail Polish also has Spectraflair available too, please check out the blog for inspiration and oodles of lully nail polishes, she's a very clever girl.  Onto the pics & vid.....

Glossy Box Jan 2012

Here's my first ever Glossy Box, I signed up on a special offer as I'd heard so much hype about Glossy Box.  Here's what arrived....

 Eyeko Skinny Eyeliner Midnight Blue
Clarins Night & Day Cream 15ml each
Murad Skin Primer 5ml, Glossy Box Sweet, FAB Body Moisturizer 57g
I think the best thing about this was the pink box, great for storing some makeup bits & bobs, not overly impressed with the contents, and the Glossy Box Sweet.....well....what can I say!

At least Bobs liked the box!

QVC Beauty Bash

I was very lucky to win 2 tickets to the QVC Beauty Bash, I had such a great afternoon sampling beauty products, meeting the presenters, a Nails Inc Manicure and a Leighton Denny fake tan on one arm!

The 4 colours excluding the ring finger are a new Neon set, the ring finger will appear in the next TSV both out on QVC Feb 2012.

And here's the mahoosive Goody Bag, such a great day!!  Feels like Christmas again!

NOTD - Nails Inc Lowndes Square

Nails Inc Lowndes Square, this is one of my absolute Nails Inc faves, it's a little darker and greyer in real life and still beautiful.

Filty Gorgeous Magnetic Nail Polish

Just thought I'd share this with you.  Here are Filthy Gorgeous Magnetics from Debenhams, 10ml, In A Trance (green), Heavy Metal (grey), Got the Blues (navy), they cost £12 each.  They each come with a wavy magnet in the cap.  I’ve swatched with the wavy magnets and with other magnets I’ve got.

KMS Magnetic Nail Polish

Here are the magnetic nail polishes I got from Ebay which included 3 magnets all for under a £10 - see ebay item number 150711112269.  3 gorgeous colours, I'd wear them as they are without magnetising them, Navy (40), Dark Gold/Copper (26), Pink (05), 15ml. Swatched with the magnets they came with, the star magnet comes out more like a maltese cross than a star as the points don't meet in the middle, and the vertical stripes came out horizontal. Below that swatch is the wavy magnet from my other magnet polishes. The Ebay seller has quite a lot of variations, and you can also buy them individually for under £3 so pretty good value.
