Reindeer Wrapping Water Decal Wraps from Sparkly Nails

'Tis the season to wear Christmas jumpers and antlers on your head.  I don't actually own a Christmas Jumper, so instead I'll wear a Christmas Jumper design on my nails using Reindeer Wrapper full wrap water decals from Sparkly Nails.  There are 3 sets of wraps in the pack in green, pink & mauve, all you have to do is to choose the colour you want to wear on your nails or mix it up with all three, as I have. 
I applied the wraps over a white base, it's not imperative to have a base colour, but I like to have them painted in case part of the wrap doesn't completely cover your nail.  You need to have some patience with the full wrap water decals, you need to allow them to dry and attach to your nail, so take time to apply them.  Any excess decal which has attached to your skin can be removed with nail polish remover and a brush.
If you've not tried water decals before, give them a go.  Remove the protective clear film, trim, soak in a little water, remove from the backing paper, apply to your painted nails and seal with top coat - done!

Jolly Santa Water Decals from Sparkly Nails

Santa Claus is coming to Town!  He will be soon, but for the moment he's on my nails!  Today's nail design is using Jolly Santa nail water decals from Sparkly Nails over a blue & white sponged gradient.  There are 20 decals per pack, enough for 2 full manis or lots of accent nails.
If you've not tried water decals before, give them a go, simply soak in a little water, remove from the backing paper, apply to your painted nails and seal with top coat - done!

3D Nail Art Candy Cane Nail Charms from Charlies Nail Art

 A candy cane is a cane-shaped stick of sugar confectionery often associated with Christmastide.  It was given to children during nativity plays to remind them of the shepherds (a shepherd's crook) who visited Jesus at birth.  It is traditionally white with red stripes and flavoured with peppermint, but may also be a variety of other flavours and colours.
Which brings me to my mani, using 3D Candy Cane Nail Charms from Charlies Nail Art.  They come in a pack of 2, are flat backed and are reusable.  The red and white canes have a green bow with a sprinkling of glitter.  I attached the 3D Candy Cane Nail Charms while my top coat was still wet however nail glue will be a more secure option.

Christmas Water Decals from Nail Art UK

Oh, the weather outside is frightful

And when it snows we can make a snowman!  But there's no snow yet, so instead I'll have a cute snowman on my nails together with icicles, snowflakes and a cherub.  The Christmas Water Decals are from Nail Art UK and I applied them over a chilly blue base.

 Ho Ho Ho says Santa!  He'll be visiting us all real soon and I hope you've all been good!  He'll be working hard with his elves to put something nice in your stocking, so don't forget to leave out a cookie for him and a carrot for the reindeer!

This is the second of the two manis I created.  With traditional Christmas red nail polish topped with confetti glitter.

 

This is the first of my two manis, starting off with the traditional Christmas red nail polish and gold polish underneath the Santas.  However I felt my mani needed a bit of bling, after all, it is for Christmas.

Christmas Friends full wrap water decals from Charlies Nail Art

Here's a couple of festive manis using MoYou Nails plate 453 and MoYou Nails stamping polishes.
The square plate contains lots of festive patterns including stockings, snowflakes, Santa, candles, candy canes, gifts and more.  My first mani is over a black base and stamping direct onto my nails.  My second mani is using the reverse stamping method, however I need to have a bit more practice!
